After being exposed to Covid-19, Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis will miss the last preseason game for the Buffalo Bills.

Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis will miss the last preseason game for the Buffalo Bills after testing positive for Covid-19. Cole Beasley has been outspoken in his opposition to the coronavirus vaccine. Buffalo Bills wide receivers Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis will miss the final preseason game for the team after being deemed close contracts of a training staff member who has tested positive for Covid-19.
After being revealed, veteran defensive tackle Star Lotulelei was also sent home.
According to reports, all three players have tested negative, but they must go through the league’s’re-entry process’ for the next five days because they have not been vaccinated.
Vaccinated players who have been exposed can practice as long as they have negative tests, but the Buffalo trio will miss the week of practice and the team’s last preseason game on Saturday against the Green Bay Packers.
According to ESPN, the trainer, who has not been identified, was completely vaccinated.
Beasley has been outspoken in his opposition to vaccination, even producing an anti-vaccine rap song recently.
On Sunday, September 12th, the Bills will host the Pittsburgh Steelers to kick off their 2021/22 season.
Cam Newton was recently required to go through the NFL’s five-day re-entry process for unvaccinated players. Due to a mix-up with the NFL’s new Covid-19 requirements, Newton will not be able to train with the club until Thursday.
Newton, backed by the Patriots, left the New England area on Saturday for a medical appointment and continued to test negative for Covid-19 on a regular basis.
“Because to a misunderstanding about testing taken outside of NFL facilities, and as mandated by the NFL-NFLPA standards, Cam will be subjected to the five-day entrance cadence procedure before returning to the facility,” the Patriots said in a statement.
“Cam will continue to participate virtually in team activities until Thursday, August 26 when he returns to the club.”

Travis Etienne, a rookie for the Jaguars, was forced to exit the game against the Saints due to a foot injury.

Travis Etienne, a rookie running back for the Jaguars, only played three snaps in Monday’s preseason game before leaving with a foot injury.
Coach Urban Meyer revealed after the game that Etienne sprained his foot and that the club would find out additional information on Tuesday.
Before departing the game, Etienne had one carry for one yard and caught a 3-yard pass.
Etienne, the No. 25 overall choice in this year’s NFL Draft, had one carry for two yards in the Jaguars’ preseason opener against the Browns.
Etienne was a Clemson teammate of Jacksonville’s rookie quarterback, Trevor Lawrence, and graduated as the ACC’s all-time leading rusher with 4,952 yards over four seasons.
Jacksonville was defeated by New Orleans 23-21 on Monday.

In a meaningless preseason game, Urban Meyer puts Trevor Lawrence in jeopardy.

During the Jaguars’ preseason game against the Saints, head coach Urban Meyer took a lot of heat for keeping quarterback Trevor Lawrence in harm’s way.
When the Jaguars used the No. 1 overall pick,
They intended to get a generational quarterback with the No. 1 overall pick on Trevor Lawrence.
The most difficult thing would be getting him through his rookie season without injury.
Unfortunately for Jaguars fans, the preseason has already demonstrated Lawrence’s vulnerability.
At this rate, he might not even make it through the season.
Lawrence was thrown around during Monday’s preseason game against the Saints.

While battling to get the offense rolling, he went 14-of-23 for 113 yards.
While Trevor Lawrence’s performance was subpar, NFL Twitter was more concerned about his health if head coach Urban Meyer insisted on keeping him in the game.

Why would you keep him out in the second quarter of a PRESEASON game?
For the past two weeks, OL has been awful.

I appreciate the effort, but this is the last thing Urban Meyer wants Trevor Lawrence doing in a preseason game pic.twitter.com/he7Qmvc6mE — Ethan Cadeaux (@Ethan_Cadeaux) August 24, 2021
He shouldn’t expect anything less than 100% from his young quarterback.
Meyer must recognize that he lacks a functional offensive line capable of protecting his most important weapon.

Given the Jaguars’ roster, it’s possible that he’d be better off not being in the firing line every week.
The former Clemson Tiger will play one more preseason game against the Cowboys to acclimate to the NFL level.
It will become much more real when the Jaguars face the Texans to start the season.

Every Power 5 league’s conference championship games and winners are predicted.

The outcome of the college football conference championships could decide who makes the playoffs in 2021.
The College Football Playoff is preceded by conference championship games.
They are frequently jockeying for position for at least a New Year’s Six Bowl, propelling one club into the picture and another out.
It’s sometimes the deciding game in a school’s quest to reach the “final four” and fight for a National Championship.
The SEC Championship Game draws a lot of attention because of how highly ranked the teams in this clash are, and it almost always features Alabama, LSU, Florida, or Georgia, with a dash of Auburn thrown in for good measure.
Because to their regular-season supremacy, Ohio State and Oklahoma, among others, have been frequent conference title game participants.
Yet, with lots of hopefuls across the Power 5 conferences, the 2021 season is about to create a fresh road towards the conference title game picture.
In four months, who will you meet?
Clemson vs. Wake Forest in the ACC
UNC Winner: Clemson Clemson has been in every ACC title game since 2015, with Florida State’s victory against Georgia Tech being the most recent meeting that did not involve Dabo Swinney’s team.
This is solely a matter of conference dominance.
Few have stood a chance against Deshaun Watson, Trevor Lawrence, and the rest of the brilliance that has passed through this South Carolina school.
In Lamar Jackson’s heyday, there were a few hot games between Clemson and Louisville, but the rest of the conference has tanked throughout his reign, led by the Seminoles’ sinking ship.
The Tigers are expected to return to the conference championship game in 2021.
Even with the talent they lost in the most recent NFL Draft, no one in a lackluster ACC Atlantic stands in their way.
There’s a new quarterback and several young skill position players, but they are just the next generation of NFL talent for Swinney, much like Alabama.
North Carolina and Miami are the two teams in the Coastal Division that can win their division.
The former has lost a lot of quality, but the latter has a newcomer in DEriq King, who is recovering from an ACL tear.
A healthy quarterback helps the Hurricanes’ chances, but UNC has Sam Howell, a possible Heisman candidate and a high first-round choice in next year’s draft.
The Tar Heels will be fine if his offensive line holds up.
Also, their first six or seven games may all be victories.
Still, this is Clemson’s conference championship game to lose.
They are miles ahead of Mack Brown’s outstanding group.
While their schedule is poor, a defeat could have an influence on the Tigers’ College Football Playoff standings, so they’ll need to be perfect from start to finish.
It is feasible.

Kyle Hamilton’s film analysis: Five plays from Notre Dame’s All-American safety’s perspective

INDIA, SOUTH BEND
— Kyle Hamilton has the potential to be the ideal football player.
His Freaks List-caliber combination of length and athleticism has him predicted as a top-10 choice in the NFL Draft next spring.
The All-American got down with The Athletic to go over five plays from his career to better grasp scheme, technique, and what “trying to do too much” looks like.Play 1: PBU versus Louisville (Sept.
2, 2019)In the second quarter of Hamilton’s first varsity game, the freshman safety has looked like an exceptional freshman should in his first collegiate game.
Hamilton has been on the field, but his involvement includes a two-play fumbled tackle in the hole on Louisville running back Hassan Hall.
Notre Dame continues to support Hamilton.
Louisville has the ball near midfield in a 14-14 game and is facing a second-and-seven situation.
The Cardinals tried to entice Hamilton with a delayed route from a condensed formation. How Hamilton viewed it: Despite the fact that Louisville is not a football powerhouse, the stadium was nevertheless full.
Looking around, this is a little cliche, but I glanced around and it wasn’t like I was about to weep, but all of the plays I’ve seen in my life since I was five years old playing football, it all came together.
I was obviously apprehensive. On the opening (drive), I got my first tackle.
I was alright once I figured it out.
