Jenny Taft, who is she? Skip Bayless is chastised by a TV host for fat-shaming Mike McCarthy.

Jenny Taft, the moderator of Fox Sports 1’s Skip and Shannon: Undisputed, had a little spat with Skip Bayless after the latter fat-shamed Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy.
Jenny Taft tweeted, “I GOT TIME TODAY SKIP #undisputed pic.twitter.com/LlvRUBmdRT — Protect Your Energy (PYE) (@ameazyyy) August 11, 2021 Jenny Taft slams Skip Bayless after outspoken take Skip Bayless, noted for his controversial comments, questioned Mike McCarthy’s body following the debut episode of HBO’s Hard Knocks, a show charting the Cowboys’ 20
“I’m not aiming anything at him, but he’s a touch hefty,” Bayless added.
I wouldn’t want my head coach in the National Football League not to look the part.” Taft, on the other hand, was not having it.
“Is every good coach as fit as you, Skip? I don’t believe that’s a fair shot at all,” she retorted.
I’ve had lots of coaches with less-than-ideal physiques, including my college coach, so I don’t believe that’s a fair shot.” Skip continued to reject Taft’s comments, as he normally does when someone challenges his questionable jabs.
But, before the broadcast went to commercial, the moderator continued to slam him.
“And I’m free to have an opinion! Well, I’m allowed to say whatever I want on this show, as you are!” she added. Taft has been praised on social media for her brilliant response to Skip Bayless’ disgusting remark.
Washington Redskins vs. Dallas Cowboys It’s ridiculous to assume that a coach’s physical appearance has an impact on a player’s performance.
Andy Reid, who has been outspoken about his fondness for cheeseburgers, isn’t exactly svelte.
The same can be said for Bruce Arians, the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who defeated Reid’s Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl.
Skip’s remarks were uncalled for, and Taft did an excellent job of holding him accountable for what he said on live television.
Jenny Taft’s career For almost a decade, Taft has been one of Fox Sports’ most valuable assets.
My buddy @JennyTaft is one of the most amazing people you’ll ever meet!
She is a dedicated, considerate, and talented individual.
I admire her much, especially after witnessing how nicely she handled herself today.
Jen, you did an excellent job!

Taft covered the NFL, MLB, and the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup in the years that followed.
She filled in as a host for a few Fox Sports shows in 2018.
She was named the new moderator for Undisputed later that year, succeeding Joy Taylor.
In 2020, she also worked as an AFL sideline reporter.

Alex Smith, a former quarterback for the Washington Redskins, is allegedly joining ESPN as an NFL commentator.

Alex Smith’s NFL career may be gone, but the former Washington Redskins quarterback will continue to be involved in the sport.
Smith will join ESPN as an NFL commentator, according to Andrew Marchand of the New York Post.
Marchand goes on to say that the 37-year-old “will merely be dipping his toes in the analyst game” rather than taking on a full-time job.
Smith will appear on ESPN’s “Monday Night NFL Countdown” as well as a number of other programs.
Marchand goes on to say that if both parties are pleased with how things are going, it could lead to a larger commitment.
The 2020 Comeback Player of the Year auditioned for both FOX and CBS to be a Sunday game analyst.
Former New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez was hired by Fox, while CBS chose not to replace Rich Gannon.
Throughout a 14-year NFL career, Smith went 99-67-1, completing 62.6% of his throws for 35,650 yards and 199 touchdowns versus 109 interceptions.
Former NFL quarterbacks Phil Simms, Chris Simms, Troy Aikman, Tony Romo, and Boomer Esiason have all had successful television careers.
When Drew Brees begins his television career with NBC Sports, he will join that list.
